Schedule of Events for February 9 - 10, 2019
The 2019 Festival was held the second weekend in February at the Coming Attractions Cinemas and the adjoining Chemeketa Community College Yamhill Campus in McMinnville, Oregon.
A huge thank-you to all of the filmmakers and festival volunteers who made this year such a tremendous success!
Saturday, February 9 (McMinnville Cinemas)
12:30 PM - 1:00 PM - Cinema Check-in / Meet and Greet
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM – SCREENING #1 (including a filmmaker Q&A) - tickets required
3:30 PM – 6:30 PM – Filmmaker/VIP Reception (invitation only) next door at Chemeketa Community College
7:00 PM – 9:00 PM – SCREENING #2 (including a filmmaker Q&A) - tickets required
Sunday, February 10
12:00 PM – Cinema Check-in / Meet and Greet
12:30 PM – 2:30 PM – SCREENING #3 (including a filmmaker Q&A) (McMinnville Cinemas) - tickets required
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM – SCREENING #4 (including a filmmaker Q&A) (McMinnville Cinemas) - tickets required
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM - Cocktails / Red Carpet next door at Chemeketa Community College
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM – Awards Dinner & Keynote Presentation (Chemeketa) – tickets required
McMinnville Cinemas and Chemeketa Community College are next door to each other at 300 NE Norton Lane, McMinnville, OR 97128.
Tickets are $10 per person per screening. The Awards Dinner/Keynote Presentation tickets are $20 per person and includes dinner and your choice of wine, beer, or non-alcoholic beverages.
Starting Monday Jan 14th, you can purchase tickets here:
An all-access pass (4 screenings plus dinner) will be available for $50 each (awards dinner seating is limited so this pass is only available until seating is filled).
An all-screening pass (4 screenings only) will be available for $35 each.
