The 2019 Festival will be held the second weekend in February at the Coming Attractions Cinemas and the adjoining Chemeketa Community College Yamhill Campus in McMinnville, Oregon.

3:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Filmmakers’ Reception (invitation only) at The Gallery at Ten Oaks & Coleman Vineyard Tasting Room-Wine Bar
5:00 PM – 7:00 PM – Open time
7:00 PM – 9:00 PM – SCREENING #2 (including a filmmaker Q&A) - tickets required
Sunday, October 22
11:00 AM – Check in / Meet and Greet / Red carpet opens (Chemeketa Community College)
12:00 PM – 2:30 PM – Educational Sessions (Free Admission/Open to Public, Chemeketa Community College)
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM – SCREENING #3 (including a filmmaker Q&A) (McMinnville Cinemas) - tickets required
5:00 PM – 8:00 PM – Awards Cocktails/Dinner & Keynote Presentation (Chemeketa) – tickets required
